Join us for this exercise class that is an integrated body/mind workout that will challenge your mind and focus in addition to toning and strengthening your body! Optimal function follows form. With practice and good technique your will get to know and awaken your body with precision and integration of breath, movement, control, strength and expansion of joints and muscles. Whether you are wanting to improve in your sport or recreational activity, or heal from an injury while in rehab, or prevent injury from occurring – this technique in movement will surely build and tone muscle, improve flexibility and integrate your movement patterns with grace and balance. You will be challenged, yet move with safety at your own pace. Other fitness modalities will be integrated in this class that will add to your body awareness, balance and flow in movement.
